The warning sirens in the City of Three Rivers will be tested throughout the day this Thursday, April 22. The programming is scheduled to begin at 9:00am. It is unknown how long the process will take. A recent upgrade of the radio system at St Joseph County Central Dispatch has made it necessary for the city to re-program the siren activation system. A test activation of each siren (4) will be conducted after the re-programming.
