The City of Three Rivers (City) is requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from all interested engineering companies to facilitate the replacement/reconstruction of twelve wastewater pumping stations and headworks replacement at the Wastewater Treatment Plant.  The selected engineering services company will manage all aspects of design, permitting, and construction inspection as well as manage fiduciary aspects of this multi-million dollar project. The City Commission approved new rates for the City’s water & sewer utility systems. These new rates went into effect on June 21, 2021. The new rates will be reflected for the first time on the water & sewer bills received by customers in Districts 3 & 4 on the July 1, 2021 and on the August 1, 2021 billing for Customers in Districts 1 & 2.
