The City of Three Rivers (City) is requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from all interested engineering companies to facilitate the replacement/reconstruction of twelve wastewater pumping stations and headworks replacement at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The selected engineering services company will manage all aspects of design, permitting, and construction inspection as well as manage fiduciary aspects of this multi-million dollar project.
