Notice of Public Hearing:
There will be two (2) public hearings on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. via teleconference. The purpose of the public hearings is for the City’s Zoning Board of Appeals to hear comments concerning an application for two (2) variance requests:
- to allow for an additional signage at 401 S. US-131 (PIN 051-530-020-50)*, and
- to allow for an accessory structure at 517 Forest St. (PIN 051-235-001-00)*
The meeting will be held virtually by calling 312-626-6799. When prompted enter the following meeting ID number: 267 406 2635 following city virtual meetings info. Any interested person may attend and participate or submit written comments to the City Clerk at 333 W. Michigan Ave., Three Rivers, MI 49093 or via email to: mbliss@threeriversmi.org.
