Notice of Public Hearings:
The Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on March 23, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers. The City Commission will also hold public hearings at its April 7, 2020, regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at City Hall.
The purpose of the first hearing is to consider a petition to rezone 1100 N. Main St., 1104 N. Main St., and 1200 N. Main St. from B-1 Neighborhood Business to B-2 General Business. The Parcel ID numbers (PINs)* for these addresses are: 051 199 094 10, 051 199 094 10, and 051 199 094 10, respectively.
The purpose of the second hearing is to consider a site plan for 401 S. US-131; Parcel ID number (PIN)*: 051 530 020 50 for a retail establishment. For information on the site plan review process, click here.
Any interested person may attend and participate or submit written comments to the City Clerk at the above listed address.
