CITY OF THREE RIVERS –
Notice of Meeting Cancellation:
The Three Rivers Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) has canceled their regularly scheduled meeting for May 8, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. (at 333 W. Michigan Ave, Three Rivers, MI 49093) due to lack of business.
Some ZBA-related topics pertaining to Ordinance Amendments will be discussed at the next City Commission meeting. The Ordinance Amendments currently under consideration include District Sign Regulations (pertaining to the number of allowed wall signs in the B-2, I-1 and I-2 Zoning Districts), and updates to section references in City Code Chapter 2 pertaining to the ZBA & other city appeal boards (to make corrections to and help clarify related sections of Three Rivers City Code). The public is invited to attend the next City meeting.
Any interested person may submit written comments to the city clerk.
