City Commission – Public Hearings: 12/7/21
The City Commission will hold three (3) Public Hearings on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 as part of the city’s regular bi-monthly meetings, beginning at 6:00 PM. The purpose of the hearings is to hear comments from the public on the following:
- To review a Special Exception Use permit application from DNVK1, LLC for a marihuana retail establishment at 1601 S. Main Street.
- To review a Special Exception Use permit application from High Quality Michigan Cannabis (The Alternative Remedy, LLC) for a marihuana grower and processor at 111 Day Drive, and a marijuana retail establishment at 205 S. US-131.
- To review a Special Exception Use permit application from Stash Ventures, dba Timber Cannabis, Co. for a marihuana retail establishment at 691 S. US-131.
The public hearings will be held in the Commission Room at City Hall, 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, MI 49093. Additional information is provided on the city’s civic website.
The public is invited to attend and participate in this meeting.
