Notice of Public Hearings –
RESCHEDULED:
The Planning Commission will hold two (2) public hearings on March 30, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. via teleconference.
The purpose of the first hearing is to consider a Site Plan application for 401 S. US-131; Parcel ID number (PIN)*: 051 530 020 50 for a retail establishment.
The purpose of the second hearing is to consider a Petition for Rezoning of property at 1100, 1104 and 1200 N. Main Street from B-1 Neighborhood Business District to B-2 General Business District. Parcel ID numbers (PINs)* for the aforementioned addresses are: 051 199 094 40, 051 199 094 10, and 051 199 094 01, respectively.
