Three Rivers Planning Commission –
Notice of Public Hearings:
Two public hearings will be held at the regular Planning Commission meeting on October 28, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at Three Rivers City Hall, 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan.
The purpose is to hear comments regarding a street vacation for Magnolia Street (per Parcel No. 75-051-130-022-00), and to hear comments regarding street and alley vacations for a public alley located between East Broadway Street and State Street, and for a portion of State Street from said alley to Third Street (per Parcel Nos. 75-051-245-222-00, 75-051-245-215-00, and 75-051-245-216-00).
Any interested person may attend and participate or submit written comments to the City Clerk at the address listed or by calling 269-273-1632.
ADA Notice: The City will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon seven (7) day notice to the City of Three Rivers.
