Notice of Public Hearing:
for Michigan Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Funding for Rental Rehabilitation of 40 N. Main Street
The City of Three Rivers will conduct a public hearing on August 20, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Commission on Aging, 103 S. Douglas, Three Rivers, Michigan for the purpose of affording citizens an opportunity to examine and submit comments on the proposed application for a CDBG grant.
The City of Three Rivers proposes to use $139,550 CDBG funds and $105,422 property owner investment to rehabilitate and construct two (2) new rental units within the immediate downtown and DDA District located at 40 N. Main Street, Three Rivers, MI 49093 and benefit at least 51% low to moderate income persons. NO persons will be displaced as a result of the proposed activities.

Comments may be submitted in writing through August 23, 2019 or made in person at the public hearing. Citizen views and comments on the proposed application are welcome.
