BID NOTICE:
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Three Rivers at the Office of the City Clerk, 333 W. Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan until 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 29, 2019 for the demolition of a commercial property (96 Fifth Ave.) in the City of Three Rivers, Michigan.
Bid information and contract specifications may be acquired from the City of Three Rivers (see links below), or by contacting the Department of Public Services (1015 S. Lincoln Ave., Three Rivers, MI) at 269-273-1845.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities or defects in a bid, or accept a bid it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. The City does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability in employment or the provision of services. The City has local preference guidelines.
