PUBLIC NOTICE –
Grass and Noxious Weeds:
Chapter 4, Section 9 of the Three Rivers City Code provides that it shall be the responsibility of the owner of every occupied and unoccupied premise within the City to cut and remove or destroy by lawful means any noxious weeds and grass growing on that property and that portion of a street which adjoins the property occupied or owned by him or her as often as may be necessary. Any such weeds or grass which attains a height of 12 inches are declared to be a public nuisance and shall be cut and removed or destroyed by the City and the cost of such cutting, removal, or destruction shall be collected as a special assessment on said premise.
