Sealed Bid Auction:
The City of Three Rivers, Housing Development Corporation is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for Real Estate Assets. The due date for the bid documents is Thursday, May 17, 2018, 2:00 p.m. local time at the office of the Three Rivers City Clerk.
Sealed Bid Auction for four properties in the City of Three Rivers: 231 Fourth Avenue, 222 S. Main Street, 129 Middle Street, and 516 Tenth Street. Anyone interested in receiving a copy of bid specifications may view them at www.threeriversmi.org.
Sealed bids should be sent to: Three Rivers City Clerk, 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, MI 49093 and should be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Bid for Real Estate.”
The Three Rivers Housing Development Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities or defects in a bid, or accept a bid it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
