A public hearing will be held at the regular Planning Commission meeting on March 4, 2013, at 6:45 p.m. and the City Commission meeting on March 5, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Commission Chambers at 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan.
The purpose is to hear comments regarding a rezone request at 112 N. Hooker Avenue (PIN 75-051-365-028-00) from R-3 Single and Two Family Residential to B-2 General Business that allows for retail garden sales.
Any interested person may attend and participate or submit written comments to the City Clerk, 333 W. Michigan Ave., Three Rivers, MI 49093.
