Preventative maintenance on the warning sirens in the City of Three Rivers will be performed this Monday, August 1st. It is unknown how long the process will take, but a full test of the sirens will be conducted after they are serviced. Since there is more than one activation point, multiple tests may be necessary to assure that the system is functioning properly.
Maintenance and testing will be canceled should a short-term forecast indicate the potential for severe weather. Questions regarding the warning siren testing should be directed to the Three Rivers Fire Department at 278.3755.
