Contractors have been extremely busy over the past few weeks and are continuing to make significant progress in completing the new City Neighborhood Stabilization Grant (NSP) house at 918 8th St.
With completion expected by mid to late August, final efforts are now being focused on the installation of plumbing fixtures, kitchen appliances, electrical receptacles and fittings, carpeting and grounds preparation.
The City in partnership with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) will be hosting an Open House for the public as soon as all construction is completed Dates and times will be listed on the City Website and Facebook pages and will also be advertised through other local media.
