Notice of Public Hearing:
Public hearings will be held at the regular City Commission meeting on September 3, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Commission Chambers at Three Rivers City Hall, 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan. The purpose is to review the delinquent accounts receivable and delinquent water/sewer accounts receivable special assessment roll. The assessment roll is on file at the City Clerk’s Office for public inspection.
Any interested person may attend and participate or submit written comments to the City Clerk at the address above or call 269-273-1632.
ADA Notice: The City will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon seven (7) day notice to the City of Three Rivers. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the City of Three Rivers at the above address.
Ordinance Notice: Ordinance No. 831, an update to the User Fee Schedule will become effective September 10, 2019.
