NOTICE OF CLOSEOUT PUBLIC HEARING
for Michigan Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) Funding for Three Rivers Amphitheater:
City of Three Rivers will conduct a closeout public hearing on December 2, 2025, at 6 pm in the Commission Chambers at 333 W. Michigan Ave., Three Rivers, MI 49093 for the purpose of affording citizens an opportunity to submit comments and receive a final report on the completion of the Three Rivers Amphitheater CDBG grant.
The CDBG grant provided funding to assist in the construction of the Downtown Amphitheater and public gathering space to create an ADA accessible performance amphitheater for community gatherings, live performance, arts, civic events, and cultural enrichment along the Portage River at 11 Joshua Drive, Three Rivers, MI 49093. The CDBG project benefitted at least 51% low to moderate income persons; 0 persons were displaced as a result of the project.
Interested parties are invited to comment on the project in person at the public hearing or in writing through November 26, 2025, and addressed to the City Clerk at the contact information below.
Citizen views and comments on the CDBG project are welcome.
City of Three Rivers Board Meetings are open to all without regard to race, color, national origin, sex or disability.
