CITY OF THREE RIVERS – ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, MICHIGAN

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR MICHIGAN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDING FOR THE DOWNTOWN OUTDOOR AMPHITHEATER

The City of Three Rivers will conduct a public hearing on April 18, 2023 at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan for the purpose of affording citizens an opportunity to examine and submit comments on the proposed application for a CDBG grant.

The City of Three Rivers proposes to request $1,953,445 in CDBG funds along with the other local and private activities and funding, to the outdoor amphitheater on the Portage River in Downtown Three Rivers and benefit at least 51% low to moderate income persons.

Further information, including a copy of the City of Three Rivers Master Plan and CDBG application is available for review.  To inspect the documents, please contact Leslie Wilson, City Clerk, or review at City Hall, 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan 49093.  Comments may be submitted in writing through April 18th or made in person at the public hearing.

Citizen views and comments on the proposed application are welcome.
