Planning Commission – Notice of Public Hearings:
Public hearings will be held at the regular Planning Commission Meeting on Monday, April 24, 2023, at 6:15 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at Three Rivers City Hall, 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, MI, 49093.
The purpose is to hear comments regarding the following:
- detailed site plan information and special use permit for PUD: Meadowbrook Farms West (Phase 3)
- potential ordinance amendments or rezoning involving parcels in MHP and industrial (I-2/I-3) districts
