NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Michigan Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds Round 3 Grant Application for Unoccupied Rental Rehab

The City of Three Rivers will conduct a public hearing on January 6, 2026, at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan for the purpose of affording citizens an opportunity to examine and submit comments on the proposed application for a CDBG grant.
The City of Three Rivers proposes to request $700,000 in CDBG MI Neighborhood grant funds to renovate the upper floors of 111 Portage Avenue into 3 apartments and support any structural/infrastructure issues the building may have.
Further information, including a copy of the City of Three Rivers Master Plan and CDBG application is available for review. To inspect the documents, please contact Leslie Wilson, City Clerk, or review at City Hall, 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan 49093. Comments may be submitted in writing through January 6th or made in person at the public hearing.
Citizen views and comments on the proposed application are welcome.
