NEWS RELEASE: The Three Rivers Department of Public Services will start the city’s biannual HYDRANT FLUSHING on Monday, September 8. We expect flushing to continue through Monday, October 13. Flushing will occur Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
