The Three Rivers Department of Public Services will begin our biannual hydrant flushing at 11:00 pm Monday August 29, 2016. We expect flushing to continue through September 30, 2016, Sunday thru Thursday from 11:00 PM until 6:00 AM. Due to many variables, we are not able to determine the exact date we will be in each district, but we will be starting in fourth district.
