NEWS RELEASE – The Three Rivers Department of Public Services will begin our biannual hydrant flushing as early as Monday March 20, 2017 (weather dependent). We expect flushing to continue through Friday April 28, 2017. Flushing will occur Sunday thru Thursday from 11:00 PM until 6:00 AM.
