Part Time Grounds Maintenance for DDA – The City of Three Rivers is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Part-Time Grounds Maintenance worker in the Department of Public Services, assigned to the Three Rivers Downtown Development Authority. This position is part time, non-union, up to 37 hours per week. Duties include, but are not limited to: Mowing, trimming, brush cutting and removal, leaf collection and disposal, maintenance of flowers, DDA sidewalk snow removal, and general care of City properties. Employee will be expected to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle up to and including a small dump truck with a trailer to haul mowing equipment. Requirements: HS grad. or GED, MI Driver’s Lic., related skills, and experience. Rate of Pay: $10.00/Hr.
