BID NOTICE:
Sealed bids will be received by the Office of the City Clerk at Three Rivers City Hall (333 W. Michigan Ave., Three Rivers, MI 49093) until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 15, 2026 for the demolition and clean-up of residential and accessory structures located at 318 S. Main St. (at the intersection of S. Main and Mechanic Streets), Parcel No. 051-245-020-00; combined with 051-245-018-00 (May 2025) in the City of Three Rivers, Michigan. Sealed bids should be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Demolition 318 S. Main”.
Bid information and specifications may be acquired from the City of Three Rivers website (see links below), or from the Department of Public Services (located at 1015 S. Lincoln Avenue, Three Rivers, MI), or by calling 269-273-1845.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities or defects in a bid, or accept a bid it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
