Advertisement for Bids:
Sealed Bids for Emergency Standby Power & Ferric Chloride Tank Enclosure Project, Contract 13, will be received by the City of Three Rivers, during the normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, until 1:00 PM, on January 24, 2018, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
Sealed bids should be sent to: Three Rivers City Clerk, 333 West Michigan Avenue,
Three Rivers, MI 49093 and should be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope
“Emergency Standby Power & Ferric Chloride Tank Enclosure Project.”
Copies of the Bidding Documents may be examined at the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), 409 Wolf Road, Three Rivers, MI 49093, (269) 273-5885, or at the office of Jones & Henry Engineers, Ltd., 4791 Campus Drive, Kalamazoo, MI (269) 353-9650, without charge.
Copies of Bidding Documents and Contract Documents may be obtained from KalBlue, Inc at 914 E Vine St, Kalamazoo, MI 49001, (269) 349-8681. A non-refundable fee of $90.00 will be required for each set of Bidding Documents and Contract Documents provided by KalBlue. Checks shall be made payable to KalBlue.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities or defects in a
bid, or accept a bid it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. The City does not
discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability in
employment or the provision of services. The City has local preference guidelines.
