Public Hearing Notice – Site Plan for PUD:
The City Commission will hold a public hearing on February 16, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. via teleconference. The purpose is to consider a detailed site plan (linked below) as Step 2 in the Special Exception Use Permit process for Planned Unit Developments; following City Code §30-34(C)(2). The corresponding site plan documentation, available here, is for Meadowbrook Farms West (phase 1) — to be located within a portion of Parcel No. 051-199-093-00 (vacant land) west of Arizona Boulevard.
