Due to the recent MDHHS order and the continued growth of positive COVID-19 cases in St. Joseph County,  All City Buildings will be closed to the Public through December 8th.

This change is being made for your protection and the protection of our employees.

Services are still available by phone or online.

Residents are encouraged to mail payments by USPS or utilize one of the drop boxes at City Hall or pay online at https://bsaonline.com/?uid=816

In-Person Appointments are available for anyone not able to use these payment options or if you need to start utility services or need other services.
