The 2.4-acre property was gifted to the City of Three Rivers.  Our goal is to revitalize the property, and we will assist in any way possible.  The building overlooks the St. Joseph and Rocky Rivers adjacent to Scidmore Park.  The 59,000 square foot building includes a lower level, first floor, second floor, and third floor.  Incentives include:
