The City of Three Rivers is now accepting contractual service proposals for MAAO Level 3 City Assessor.  This position is responsible for 3,265 parcels with an SEV $244,932,670.  Combined commercial, industrial, and personal property value is $177,765,800.  This value includes IFEC’s and other Special Act Parcels. The City contracts with St. Joseph County to process sales, but the City Assessor is responsible for all other duties and functions.  The City Assessor also assists the City Manager and other departments per request.  Must keep office hours 1 day per week 8:00 am-4:30 pm, be available by phone and email on weekdays, and attend board of review meetings.  For more information please call 269-273-1095 or email bderuiter@threeriversmi.org.
