The City of Three Rivers is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for Drinking Water Chemicals (Chlorine and Polyphosphate). The due date for the bid documents is Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at 2:00 PM local time at the Office of the City Clerk.
Anyone interested in receiving a copy of bid specifications must contact the Department of Public Services at 269-273-1845 to be placed on the bidders list for addendums. Specifications are also available for download, City of Three Rivers Drinking Water Chemical Bids.
Sealed bids should be sent to: Three Rivers City Clerk, 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, MI 49093 and should be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Bid for Drinking Water Chemicals”. Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 PM local time, August 20, 2013.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, wave informalities or defects in a bid, or accept a bid it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. The City does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability in employment or the provision of services. The City does have local preference guidelines.
