Absentee ballot applications for the Primary Election are due by 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2013 for voters that wish to receive an absent voter ballot by mail. To accommodate any ballot requests, the Clerk’s Office at Three Rivers City Hall will be open from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2013.
