Public Notice for Bid
The City of Three Rivers is seeking bids from qualified contractors for HVAC unit replacement at the Three Rivers Library. For bid package, please contact Dan Tomlinson, Fire Chief, 269.278.3755, at City Hall, 333 West Michigan Avenue or visit www.threeriversmi.org. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, May 7, 2012 at 10 a.m. at the Three Rivers Library located at 920 West Michigan Avenue.
Sealed bids should be addressed to: Three Rivers City Clerk, 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, MI 49093 and should be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Sealed Bid for Library HVAC Replacement.” Sealed bid are due no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, Monday, May 14, 2012.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities or defects in a bid, or accept a bid it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. The City does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, or disability. The City does have a local preference policy that can be obtained with the bid package.
