Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Three Rivers located at 333 W. Michigan Ave., Three Rivers, Michigan until 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, May 3, 2018, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Items of work include approximately 3,500 Syd HMA Pavement Removal, 350 Syd Concrete Pavement Removal, 570’ of 8” Sanitary Sewer and Associated Structures, 650’ of Storm Sewer and Associated Structures, 10 Stations of Roadway Grading, 1,200 Cyd Subbase, 2,350 Syd Aggregate Base, 2,000’ of Concrete Curb & Gutter, 2,350 Syd of 7” Nonreinforced Concrete Pavement, 5,000 Sft Concrete Sidewalk and Ramp, Pavement Markings and miscellaneous other work associated with roadway reconstruction.

Bids will be accepted only from Plan Holders of Record. To be a Plan Holder of Record, Bidding Documents must be obtained from the Issuing Office.
Bidding Documents are available to be emailed in portable document format (PDF) at no cost.
The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

The City of Three Rivers reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Three Rivers.
