The Three Rivers City Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of City Hall, 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan, 49093.
The purpose of the hearing is to listen to citizen comments regarding a request from EXO-S, formerly known as Camoplast Crocker, LLC, regarding a settlement agreement for industrial facilities tax exemption, certificate #2005-642, that was approved by the State Tax Commission on December 14, 2005.
Any interested person may attend and participate or may submit written comments to the above address.
