The pot-bellied pig is a breed of domesticated pig originating in Vietnam with fourteen sub-species. They are omnivores and eat a wide variety of foods. They normally weigh anywhere from 60 to 300 pounds. Our Bacon is around 150 pounds. He wags his tail and “talks” when he sees people he knows. Our pot-bellied pigs eat species specific pelleted food as well grass hay as a wide variety of supplemental fruits and vegetables. Thank you to Travis Hoyt for the adorable picture!
